About the role:
As a Senior Project Manager at Lunox Solutions, you will oversee and drive the successful delivery of AI-powered automation solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to coordinate project timelines, manage client expectations, and ensure seamless execution from planning to final delivery. Your leadership will play a key role in shaping how businesses adopt AI-powered departments and transform their operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes
Coordinate across engineering, design, and operations teams to align goals and execution
Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
Manage client communication, expectations, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions
Ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployment of AI systems
Track performance, optimize workflows, and continuously refine delivery processes
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to improving internal project frameworks
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or related fields
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical or SaaS projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and design
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP a plus)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience with AI, automation, or software implementation projects is an advantage
